Return Policy

You can return an item for full refund (less any applicable return shipping charges and/or restocking fee) within 45 days or your original purchase date.

After 45 days your item is not eligible for refund or credit.

All items must be returned in the original, unused condition and must include all parts in original packaging.

Returns must have return authorization.  Returns without return authorization will be refused and return back to sender.

We only accept returns on items purchased directly from us.  Items purchased through other retailers, please follow the return policy of the retailer of your original purchase.  No exceptions.

Any items purchased second hand, used, or close out items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or warranty.

All returns must have:

• Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Be shipped back with original packaging in new unused condition.
• Include all parts and manuals.
• Include a copy of your receipt.

After receipt of your returned item, we will have the sole discretion to determine the eligibility of the returned product.  We may deduct for any missing or damaged parts.

Product that has been used are not eligible for return or refund.
